I am completing 19 years of public education experience serving students and staff in elementary education, secondary education, strong curriculum support, and implementation, and overall administrative leadership coaching for principals, counselors, and district leadership. My educational leadership background includes a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University, a Master of Education in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tarleton State University, and a Superintendent Certification from Central Texas A&M University. I am currently in my fifth year serving as Assistant Superintendent in San Saba ISD providing direct facilitation and implementation of “all things” PreK-12 grade curriculum and support programs, principal leadership coaching, school counselor mentoring, and providing additional support in teacher quality development across all aspects of school system operations. In addition to these important student-performance-driven responsibilities, I have served as elementary campus principal and have a great love for bilingual and monolingual teaching.

I am the proud wife of retired Sergeant First Class Martinez, a U.S. Army Veteran, and mother of two busy high school teenagers, a junior and senior.
